Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer support team via the Renogy DE portal or email to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your electronics.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original boxes with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
